We're committed to selling high-quality products but we also know that, for one reason or another, there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you've bought. Please make sure that you check your items carefully before they are used or installed. We also recommend that you keep your invoice or delivery note, as you may need it in the event of any after-sales queries.
Arranging a Return
Should you wish to arrange a return please contact us by telephone on 01388 746337. Please have your account number and the date your order was placed to hand. Our Customer Service team will explain how to return the item(s) to us, let you know whether we will require any documentation (print test, diagnostic report etc) and provide you with your Returns Number (RMA Number). All RMA numbers are valid for 30 days and without which we will be unable to process your return.
Returning Faulty Items
Every product we sell is backed by our unprecedented 6 month guarantee. If an item fails to operate within 6 months of purchase simply contact us as detailed above. Our friendly Customer Service team will look after you and resolve your problem as soon as possible. If a product fails within 30 days of purchase we will offer you the option of either a replacement product or a refund, after this period and up to 6 months from the date of purchase we will give you the choice of either a replacement product or a credit to your account for use on future purchases.
Returning Non Faulty Items
If you wish to return an item which is not faulty please contact us within 30 days of purchase as detailed above. All non faulty items must be returned unused, in their original undamaged packaging and in a resaleable condition. We'll exchange the item or give you a refund by placing a credit on your account (excluding any delivery charges).
Damaged in Transit
In the unlikely event your order is damaged in transit please contact us immediately on 01388 746337. Please also retain the original packaging for returning with your order. We will arrange for a prompt replacement or refund, whichever you prefer.
In the unlikely event that not all items detailed on your delivery note/invoice are received by you, you must inform 365ink within 48hrs of receipt of the goods. Unfortunately we cannot accept claims after that time.
Distance Selling Regulations
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website for a full refund. To cancel, please contact us within seven working days (so not including Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays) commencing the day after the day of delivery of your item(s), quoting your account number. You must take reasonable care of the item(s) and ensure they are returned to us unopened and in a resaleable condition within 30 days of purchase.
The Distance Selling Regulations do not apply to business to business transactions.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
